We've helped dozens of Ottawa homeowners successfully apply and get approved. As an approved contractor, we guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
Pre-Approval Required
Home Renovation Savings Program and Better Homes Ottawa Loan Program both require pre-approval before any installation work begins. Work completed before approval is not eligible for rebates.
Double-dipping restriction: Home Renovation Savings participants cannot receive other Ontario-funded rebates (Enbridge, IESO, Ontario government) for the same measures.
We'll guide you through the pre-approval process to make sure you're covered before work starts.
